UIL Plaque Customization

Need to have your UIL plaque or trophy customized?  We can create and send a replacement plate that is customized with ensemble, director(s), award, and even concert selections.  After placing your order, we will send you a form to fill out with all of your information.  We will create a digital proof for you to approve before we create and ship your plate(s).  

Note: you must select the shipping option for UIL Plaque Plates as we have to package these in a certain way.  $8.00 flat rate shipping for all of your plaque plates, no matter how many you purchase.

Need to do a purchase order?  Add everything to the cart, select the appropriate shipping, and print it out.  When mailing your order, please include a copy of your tax exempt form if you are a tax exempt entity.
