UIL Trophy RM-D Plate

Ready to customize your UIL trophy? Fill out the following information and place your order to receive a customized plaque plate.  This satin silver replacement plate will be shipped to you within 5-7 days.  Simply remove your existing plate, remove the adhesive strips, and install it on your plaque.   

Note: we will send you a proof by email before we begin making your plaque.

Dimensions: 6" top width, 7.5" bottom width, 2" high. Bottom selections plate: 7.5" wide, 1.75" high. Please ensure that your plaque plate is this size or larger so that this will fit in the recessed area of your plaque.  

Shipping: You must select the 'UIL Plaque Plates Only' flat-rate shipping option, but this will cover your entire order of plaque plates, no matter how many you order.
