Shipping policy

All items that we sell are custom made.  Most items will ship within 5-7 days, but may take up to 2-3 weeks if we need to receive stock.  You will receive order status updates by email.

UIL Plaque Plates: Please select the "UIL Plaque Plate" shipping option that will cover all of the plaque plates you need.

TMEA Region Concert Pre-Orders: Orders placed before the pre-order cutoff time with a paid shipping method will ship the Monday or Tuesday after the region concert.  If possible by our staff, pre-orders may ship before that time, but will not be delivered in time for the region concert.   There are no refunds for customers who pay for a shipping method but them contact us to have the order ready for pickup at the concert.

TMEA Region Concert Post-Concert Orders: Orders placed after the concert event, or orders for previous year items, will ship within 2 weeks.  Please be sure to select a paid shipping method.
