Refund policy

General orders: Please verify that the information you have submitted on your order is correct as we will use that to prepare your custom items.  You will receive a proof for most items and will need to approve or request changes before we go into production.  We will keep you in the loop with open communication to help you get the items you want.

TMEA Region Items: we receive the names from the region and will use that information to make plaques and the roster on the back of the t-shirts.  We routinely check pre-orders placed 7 days before an event for any possible spelling errors on the region provided information.  Although we check, we can only guarantee that the region provided information will be used.  We do not offer customized names on the t-shirts, but you have the option to customize your plaque.  If you are placing an order and know that your region member's name is misspelled by the region, please note that during the checkout process or use the 'Contact' form after you have placed the order.

Refunds: As all the items we sell are custom items, there are no refunds.  If we have made a manufacturing error in your order, please contact us by using the 'Contact' link at the top of the website; please include your name, order number, and a description of the problem.  We will contact you to help remedy the issue.
