Ready to customize your UIL plaque? Fill out the following information and place your order to receive a customized plaque plate.  This satin silver replacement plate will be shipped to you within 5-7 days.  Simply remove your existing plate, remove the adhesive strips, and install it on your plaque. 

Dimensions: 8.5" wide, 3.5" high. Please ensure that your plaque plate is this size or larger so that this will fit in the recessed area of your plaque.
