'23-'24 Region 27 Middle School Choir Plaque

Commemorate your achievement with a Region 27 Middle School Choir plaque.  This 6" x 8" wood base plaque will have metal plates with the region logo on top and the student name, voice part, and ensemble on the bottom.

Please note: we use the region provided name, voice part, and ensemble to mass produce all the name plates.  If you would like to customize the name and/or voice part, please select the $6 plaque customization and we will make a new plate.

As these are custom made items, there are no refunds.  Please let us know if we have made an error in producing your plaque and we will work to take care of the issue.
