Ordering:
Orders
usually ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. Items that require
customization may require up to 4 days to manufacture and
ship, due to specifications. If your order will take 4 days
or more, you will be contacted. For quanity orders, please
contact us at Info@RondoGroup.com for a specific quote.
Payment
Methods:
Individuals:
* Online Orders: Visa, MasterCard
* Mail Orders: Money Order, Check
* You agree that there will be a $25 returned check fee and
that it may be electronically obtained from your account.
Schools/Institutions
* Online Orders: Visa, MasterCard
* Purchase Order: upon approval, you will be set up for a
net 30 account. A $10 late fee and 1.5% per month will be
accrues on overdue balances. Payment to be accepted by Company
check.
Online
Shopping Cart:
Our
online shopping cart is secure and safe. Rest assured that
you credit card will be transmitted directly to our payment
processing center and will not reside on our server. The shopping
cart is easy to use and navigate. Simply visit our site, find
a product you would like, and click on 'Add to Cart' to add
it to your shoppling list. When you are finished shopping,
or would like to view what is in your cart, click on the 'View
Cart' link at the top and bottom of the web pages. There,
you may review and update/remove items. When you are ready
to check out, please click on 'Check Out' on that screen.
Fill out all the information on the next page and you are
almost there! If you are buying a plaque or customized item,
please fill in the information in the 'Special Instructions'
section. On the next page, you are ready to finalize your
payment.
If
you have any questions, or problems, regarding the online
shopping cart, please call us at 713-839-8550 or 888-575-5151
and leave your order, including billing address, credit card
number and expiration, and phone number. We will process your
order and call or e-mail a confirmation.
Mail
Orders:
We
accept orders and payments by mail, and prefer payments of
this nature due to credit card processing fees. Please click
on the following links for order forms:

2. Standard web page - fill it in, print it out, and mail
with payment
You
agree that there will be a $25 returned check fee, and that
it may be electronically obtained from your account.
Refunds:
Returns
are subject to a 25% restocking/processing fee due to credit
card/administrative processing fees. There are no refunds
on concert recordings, services, personalized items, or shipping.
Please contact us via e-mail at Info@RondoGroup.com to request
a return authorization. Items received without and RMA may
be refused. Shipping to us is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Defective/Wrong
Shipment:
If
you receive a defective/improper shipment, please contact
Rondo Group immediately at Info@RondoGroup.com for return
information/authorization. Defective items will be corrected
and shipped back to you. Defective items that test OK will
be sent back upon payment of usual shipping fee.
Shipping:
We
offer several types of shipping.
1. Standard USPS Media/First Class Mail - for CDs and other
small items
2. Priority Mail Insured / FedEx Ground Insured - for quicker
shipment. Please state what carrier you want your shipment
by in the 'Special Instructions' section at checkout.
3. Educational - this is for school purchases, and region
music purchases that are to be delivered to the students'
school. Please do not select this unless the item you are
ordering states that you are to do so. You must also fill
in the student name and school in the 'Special Instructions'
section at checkout.
Shipping
is non-refundable for any reason.
